Instructions
Answer each item based on how well it describes you generally — not on how you feel right now. Be honest rather than 'strong': many HSP items sound negative but describe a normal, valuable trait. Respond compared to people you know of your sex and age.Adapted from the Aron & Aron (1997) Highly Sensitive Person scale. All items are reworded adaptations of the published scale's constructs written for this package, not verbatim reproductions; the original scale and its prevalence data are cited. Aron & Aron's 27-item format and 1-7 response scale are followed.
